Reservations
The services of Munich Car Group should be booked as early as possible but no later than eight hours before the planned trip If you need a car at short notice, then call us directly and we will try to provide a suitable offer to you. Our private clients and business partners can make a reservation respectively request a price offer by the following options:

In case 2 and 3 Munich Car Group will respond with a price offer for the requested service. If the client accepts the offer he should confirm this via email and also provide the additionally required contact informationen (name and phone number). The reservation is complete as soon as the client transmits the confirmation message to Munich Car Group.
Meet & Greet
Munich Car Groups Meet & Greet Airport Service is included in every airport pick up.
The driver will wait for the passenger by the exit of customs with a sign showing the passengers name. The driver will assist with the luggage and escort the passenger to the vehicle.
VIP Airport Service
Munich Car Groups VIP Airport Service is offered at an additional charge. Upon request VIPs are accompanied or picked up directyl from/to the plane. Moreover, access to the VIP Lounge at Munich Airport is provided.
Infant Seats
Munich Car Group provides free infant seats for each ride, if needed. Please inform us about the number and age of the children so we can select suitable seats.
Waiting Time
For aiport pick-ups, Munich Car Group monitors all flights and in case of a delay we reshedule the pick-up time. Additionally Munich Car Group offers a free waiting time of 45 minutes after the sheduled airport pick-up time.
For all other pick-ups, a 10 minutes waiting time is granted.
If customers need the driver to wait longer than the free waiting time, they have to inform Munich Car Group, by phone or message to +49-172-8265656 before the end of the waiting time is reached. In this case further waiting time will be charged by minute. The price per minute is based on the hourly rate oft he selected vehicle.
Cancellation
Munich Car Group allows free cancellation until 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Any payments made, will be completely refunded without any extra fees.
Cancellations later than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged partially or fully depending on the incurred costs.
No shows
If customers cannot find the driver at the expected pick-up point they should not leave before calling Munich Car Group, +49-172-8265656.
If customers leave or do not show up by the end of the aforementioned waiting time we will try to reach them by calling at their phone, or the business partners‘s phone. If we do not get a response we will then cancle the trip and the customers will be charged for the full price of the ride.

Prices upon reservation include:

limited waiting time as stated above
In case of hourly booking: Price for the booked duration of the ride regardless the number of stops and kilometers
In case of one-way-transfer: Price to reach the destination without intermediate stops, regardless of the duration of the journey.

For private clients Munich Car Group offers the following payment options.
Cash payment at the end of the ride
Credit card at the end of the ride
Single or monthly invoice with the possibility of
a bank transfer (only within germany) or
payment by paypal
For business partners Munich Car Group offers the following payment options:

Payment Due Date
All payments upon invoice should be received within 15 days from the invoice date.
Late payments can incur additional costs.
Luggage
In case of oversize luggage please inform us in advance so we can offer a suitable vehicle to you.
Munich Car Group is not responsible for damage to luggage or its contents.
